I will be along 2nd Tuesday in March!
 
We could drop the big dipole on the halliard to refurb that without dropping tower.  Not sure if it could be done on a dry club night between now and the main Sunday of work?
 
We need to replace the bottom winch cable first such that we have a SAFE cable to luff tower over.  Could you suss out what we need in way of bolts for the captive end of the cable on the winch drum.
 
We will need a trestle or A frame to support the tower. 
 
Ladders will be reqired when tower down so that we can reach mast to pull cables through.  Also a crow bar/ gemmy in case we need to joggle the sections.
